Thank you for being one of the first to step into Elzandi. Our shoes are released in limited drops via pre-order, which allows us to produce intentionally and reduce waste. This means no mass production, no excess stock, just purposefully crafted heels for women who move first.

What is a pre-order?

When you pre-order a pair of Elzandi heels, you're reserving your size before production is complete. This ensures you're first in line to receive them from our debut drop.

When will my order ship?

All pre-orders from this release will begin shipping in November 2025. We’ll keep you updated along the way, so you’ll know exactly where your order is at every stage.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because we produce in small, limited runs, cancellations and changes can only be made within 24 hours of ordering. Please reach out to us immediately if something’s not right.
