Refund policy

At Elzandi, we take pride in craftsmanship, comfort, and elegance. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to make things right.

Pre-Order Items

Please note, pre-order items are made in limited quantities. We do not offer refunds on change of mind for pre-orders. However, if there’s a quality issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn shoes in original condition with all packaging intact, including the shoebox and dust bag.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Shoes must be unworn, unmarked, and in resalable condition

  • Items must be returned in the original Elzandi packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above conditions.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email hello@elzandi.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Elzandi is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
