Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard (tracked) – calculated at checkout 
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (metro), 5–10 business days (regional)

  • Express (tracked) –calculated at checkout
    Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (depending on location)

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from WA.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 3 business days, contact us at hello@elzandi.com.au.

International Shipping

Elzandi currently ships within Australia and the United Kingdom only. 

All international orders are shipped via tracked delivery. Shipping timeframes may vary depending on location and customs processing.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once your order arrives in the United Kingdom. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Elzandi does not have control over these fees and will not be liable for any additional charges incurred.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order will be returned to us. In this instance, original shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping fees may be deducted from any refund issued.

Delays and Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or external factors once your parcel has left our warehouse. However, we will always support you in tracking and resolving issues if they arise.
