Elzandi isn’t mass-produced. It’s made intentionally, with care. Here’s everything you might be wondering before stepping into your Signature pair. We know buying shoes online, especially heels, can feel risky.
That’s why we’ve answered everything you might be wondering before pre-ordering your Elzandi pair. If your question isn’t below, email hello@elzandi.com.au or DM us. You’ll get a real reply.

When will I receive my order?
Pre-orders close August 10, and all orders will ship in November 2025.

Why are these heels only available for pre-order?
We’re not about overproduction or fast fashion.
Each pair is crafted in a small batch, so we can ensure premium materials, ethical production, and the kind of comfort most heels forget about.

Can I return or exchange them?
At this stage, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order model.
Please check our Size Guide or reach out before ordering and we will help you choose your perfect fit.

How do I know they’ll be comfortable?
Because we built them to include memory foam, arch support, breathable lining, and premium leather that softens to your shape.
They are designed by someone who’s spent way too many hours limping through her work day.

Can I change my size or delivery address later?
Yes, just contact us by August 10, and we’ll update your details before final production begins.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia, with international shipping coming soon.
